Hi,my name is Johnny Cup and I am the sort of thing that you may use to drink out of. I live my life in plastic and it is fantastic. When you take a look at me you might think I am not that 'big' of a deal, but in my world the plastic creatures appreciate me a lot.
Besides hanging out with my love Kate Leaf I like to sleep a lot. I am what you may call lazy.
My favourite thing to do is looking at the stars at night when I had too many drinks inside of me.
Let me tell you some more about my future wife Kate Leaf. We have a lot of things in common, yet though we differ in some points. She has the looks of a model.
By her clothing you can tell what her last name is about. She loves the leaf patterns on her body.
She is always very busy and trying to get the best out of erverything. I try to get her relaxed with my attitude, and by taking here to a romantic place where we can look at the stars together.
The world of plastic would call us both very pretty, that makes us such a welknown couple I guess.

A Walk in the Park
Cassie Hunt 12:00 M-W-F
This is a tale of two lovers who were made for each other, or at least it seemed that way in the beginning. Their names were Sallie Sweetheart and Macho Mocha. Sallie was your all American girl next door and Macho was more of a business man, always on the go. When Sallie and Macho first met in the park, Sallie thought Macho was very hot, and Macho had met the sweetest girl in the world. After Sallie and Macho met, they began spending allot of time together. They enjoyed each others company so much, even though they were very different. After a month, or so, Macho asked Sallie to be his girlfriend. Sallie accepted.
Things to be going very well between Sallie and Macho. Everyone in town just knew they were going to get married, they were perfect for each other. After about six months of dating Sallie got to thinking about her relationship with Macho. Sallie loved Macho, but she missed her old life, you see, Sallie liked spending time with her family at her house, she had fun spending her nice evening at home. Macho was more of a "on the go" type guy. He was a people person and enjoyed spending his time with friends at a coffee shop. As hard as it was Sallie decided to talk to Macho and call it quits. She felt she couldn't lead this busy lifestyle and didn't want to hold Macho back.
Macho was devastated, he thought everything was going great. He had his heart broken. They decided it was for the best though.
After about a week of feeling down, Macho began to think about what Sallie had said. He realized that he had been dragging her into his lifestyle and expecting her to adjust, and he didn't even try to fit in with hers. Macho called Sallie, and asked if they could meet. They met each other in the park, where they first met. Macho told Sallie about the things he had been thinking about. He apologized for dragging her into his life without getting involved in hers. They both agreed that they would make time for both of their wants and sacrifice a little of what they both love in order to be together.
They were together for two years, then Macho proposed. A year later they were married, and they lived happily ever after.

Jenny and Jill are the best of friends. They do everything together and are sometimes mistaken as sisters. Even though they share many interests, they are both very different.Jenny is flexible and ready for anything that comes her way. She enjoys going to parties, and is often seen in the park having a nice picnic. Even though Jenny is laid back; she can be very vulnerable under too much stress. Jill on the other hand stands a little taller than Jenny. She is extremely energetic, and open to new experiences. In her spare time, Jill rescues endangered species. Her main focus is on the monarch butterfly, and thoroughly enjoys the beauty of this creature. After her adventures with wildlife; Jill and Jenny meet up at Starbucks for a while. Jill is more of a coffee drinker than Jenny; but Jenny comes anyways just to hang out. Regardless of their differences, both get along very well and are thankful that they are friends.

Cups
Me and my love
We are some of the most used equipment in the entire world. We are both made of one of the world’s most common fabric. We are used by everyone from minors to dying elders. Babies use us as some toy they can mess around with, while most people put some disgusting liquids on our inside. How disrespectful! You might think me and Lana have an awkward relationship, since we are not exactly of the same species, but I promise you that we are the perfect couple. We kind of fulfill each other: she is slender, strong and can carry hot liquids and I am more an average cup. People use me to absolutely everything; you know that how it is to be a male. I cannot claim that I have the same posture as my fiancĂ©; I am more laidback and a lot less expensive. And did you know that when my owner bought me he got 19 of my brothers at the same time? All of them are dead. I guess it is true what Darwin said: “the survival of the fittest”. Because I am really fit. I might occur a bit fat, but I am only v-shaped. That is how I am supposed to be. It is pretty hard to stay in shape. If you are not careful and take care of yourself is it quite easy to lose your figure. That is how all my brothers died. They did not respect themselves which led to mistreatment by their owners. They got squeezed, stepped on, thrown out the window or just forgotten under a campus bed, intoxicated. You may wonder how I have survived? I guess I am fairly lucky. You see, I am a pen cup, I take care of my owner’s inc and scissors. I know my profession as a pen holder is a normal thing for my specie, yet I love it. I get to see everything that happens in the dorm, and believe me, it can get pretty interesting at times! Anyhow, the best part of the day is definitely the morning when my owner brings out Lana from the cupboard. My owner bring her every morning to a place called Starbucks to fill her with some dreadful, unhealthy black liquid which most students for some reason are addicted to. It is really not a good habit. Well, I hope you have managed to guess what kind of cups me and Lana are by now. If not, here are some clues: Me: cheap, manufactured, multi-tasking and an important part at university parties. Lana: more valuable and an extremely important part of a tired student’s life!
By the way, you are invited to our wedding.

The Summer
Maggie Doggett
10:00 am M-W-F
Sitting in their favorite chairs, Anna and Nick were reminiscing on the past. To this day, Anna remembers pulling up to that Georgia home and staying with her cousin that special summer. The second day she was there she met a boy named, Nick and from that moment on they were inseparable. The day Anna left to go back to her Manhattan mansion she vowed to Nick that she would write him everyday and they would never loose touch. The day Anna left, Nick knew she would be the one he married.
The only problem was that Anna was a beautiful city girl with a high education and Nick was just a sunburned, good ole' country boy who worked at the local wood yard. Their families came from two totally different worlds. Anna's family was high class and only cared about their money and their name. The one thing they wanted was to make sure that Anna married someone of their same standards and wealth. They wanted a man that could provide for Anna and give her all her needs and wants. On the other hand, Nick was nothing like Anna. His family made just enough money to get by and did not care anything about their so-called name. They believed everyone was created equal. Nick's family was very close and valued everything.
Standing on the door step of Anna's beautiful home, Nick he was not going to be accepted by Anna's high, class family. Anna also remembers that day very vividly. She can remember her dad hating Nick. He said Nick was a no good country boy from the South and had little education. He said Anna would never live out her full potential if she married Nick. But Anna new differently, for the first time in her life she did not care what her family or friends thought. She did not care how wealthy or classy her family was. All she knew was loved a man named Nick and he loved her.

My name is Jane and I am somewhat short. I am definitely not on the taller or thinner side. I am shy and usually like to be alone, however, I usually end up tagging around at parties. I am a quick and easy solution for any party and you will find me near the drinks. I usually end up in the trash at the end of the party rather than taking a bath in the sink.
My name is Jake, but everyone just calls me “fly” because I have a lot of energy. I am always on the go and the life in everyone. Many people call me addictive because they just can’t stay away from me. I go with people everywhere, including work, class, and just about anywhere else you can think of going. I am the start of people’s day but usually try to leave before the end of the day.

Bobby's mom wanted to have a party celebrating his graduation from highschool. All of his friends from school were invited to Bobby's house to have a pool party. Bobby's Mom went to the store to pick up food and decorations for the party. She goes home, finishes cooking and decorating and she finishes just in time before the guests arrive. All of Bobby's friends arrive at his house and they swim for awhile and then they are ready to eat. Bobby realizes that there are no cups, plates, or napkins set out for them to use. He goes and tells his mom that they need cups, plates, and napkins. Instead of going to the fine china cabinet she goes a kitchen cabinet that is off to the side. She decides that since this party is for kids that she will use simple, informal, disposable items that are perfect for casual occassions. She pulls out the shorter medium sized red contents of the package and heads out to where the kids are waiting to get some food and some drinks. The kids ate and drank, swam for awhile, and then went home. The party for Bobby and his friends ended up being such a success that his mom decided to throw another party for him, but this time with his family.
A week after Bobby's graduation party for his friends his family was coming over for a dinner party at his house. The night of the party Bobby's mom spent hours preparing dinner. She asks Bobby to help her set the table before their guests arrive. He heads towards the kitchen cabinet and she asked him what he was doing. Bobby told her he getting plates, glassess, and bowls. She laughed and told him that this was a special occasion and she pointed toward the fine china cabinet. He went to the cabinet and pulled out the classy, elegant, and formal occasion objects and put them on the table. Later on that evening while everyone was enjoying dinner Bobby's aunt complimented his mom on how beautiful the deep red color and designs were on the objects. His aunt asked his mother if they were expensive and she told he that they were very expensive. Everyone enjoyed the evening and Bobby got to enjoy two graduation parties with all of the people he cared the most about.

Unique, but Good!

English 101 - 10:00
Elizabeth and Jane are practically best friends, and have known each other for a while. Elizabeth is older than Jane, but they still enjoy each other’s company. Usually they just play around in the kitchen cabinets instead of going to a lot of parties or events together. The main reason for that is they are not invited to the same things.
Elizabeth is more serious than Jane. She is dark in color, and very beautiful. She is very stable and seems to take the twists and turns of life well. However if things get too rough, it could easily be devastating for Elizabeth. Her serious personality and her beauty are what draw people to ask her to the more eloquent events. Usually she is present at many anniversary dinners, Christmas banquets, formal dinners, and wedding receptions. She enjoys going to these events, and loves the compliments she gets when she is there, but sometimes she wishes that Jane could come along with her to these events and it would be a lot more fun.
Jane has a more spontaneous and casual personality. She is somewhat flimsy and just seems to kind of float through life as it comes. She is bright red in color, but pure white on the inside. Her shape is not smooth all around, but it makes her easier to handle. Most of the events that Jane attends are casual and fun. Ranging from birthday parties, to church picnics, to Fourth of July celebrations, to a summer day spent by the pool. She is very helpful at these parties, and is much more convenient to have around than someone like Elizabeth would be. Jane has fun at the parties she is invited to, but in the back of her mind she wonders what it would be like to be as beautiful as Elizabeth and be asked to such wonderful occasions.
Sometimes Elizabeth thinks that people take her too seriously, and she wishes that she could be more like Jane who is easygoing and fun. She wishes that their friendship could go beyond the cabinet, and that they could enjoy these parties and events together. Jane also gets a little jealous because Elizabeth gets to go to all the formal events. She treasures having Elizabeth as a friend, but sometimes feels inferior to her because she is so beautiful. She does enjoy going to all the birthday parties and days at the pool, but she wants to know what it would be like to dress up, be beautiful, and spend time with such eloquent people.
What they do not know is that both of them spend time thinking about what it would be like in the other’s shoes. If they would just take the time to sit down and actually talk about it, then they would not only learn more about each other, but also realize that although we may wish things about ourselves or our circumstances were different, we should still be satisfied in ourselves and celebrate our uniqueness.

Moses had a little flock
Kyle Howard 1:00pm
Moses had a little flock
two, to be precise, in stock:
the former one is dressed in scarlet,
its not a wonder that she's a harlot;
I kissed her where her hair was light,
though outside an Indian, but inside she's white.
I could quickly crush her beneath my heel.
she's fairly frail, and easily ill.
I'd take her to a few bar dances,
but nothing fancy, with formal circumstances.
I'd use her once, and maybe twice,
lets give one more and make it thrice;
but then it is over, to say the least,
and I will give her to the beast.
the latter heaved all the while she breathed,
as she lie down on her dark heavy gown.
the sight I cannot bear to see:
she toppled over like a tree;
in front of the king with the silver crown,
there the fat old maiden fell down;
whenther she will arise, I do not know.
if she does we will go to see a show.
a decent one, i do confess,
where we will wear much fancy dress;
yet until then, I'll look around
for another single woman with such an embroidered, beautiful gown.

You never needed us before high school
But the pressure they applied made you change
Now we’re your crutch that makes you think you’re cool
We are the normalcy that made you strange
Did you really need her all those mornings?
And was he worth all those forgotten nights?
You never cared to see all the warnings
While you looked towards the impossible heights
Why did she ever bother to wake you?
Just for him to steal your inhibition
Her hot temper has just finished its brew
As he cuts you off by his volition
Yes, I’ve always known of my afflictions
But it’s not easy to break addictions.

Once Upon a Time...
Bettina Cochran
Section: 10 a.m.
Let’s go back to a time and place where there is no middle class. Here in this time and place there are the rich and the poor. In this life, people were either born to be great, or they are born to the lowly. People’s status could not be changed; from the moment they were born their destinies were set in stone. However, Fate has a way of chipping out a different path for those who dared to follow.
In this little kingdom, that has long been crumpled, lived once one of the great families of Europe. Their nobility ran its root into the very beginning of time. They were prefect just as “great” people were back in this time. The only thing they lacked was a child to make their fantasy world a reality. However, the years went by and the Duchess could conceive no child.
Then, ill fate came into play for the country in general. Famine was spreading throughout the land. The famine did not harm the duke or the duchess, but it did, however, affect those around them like their servants, for instance. Now, Fate does her little dance.
There within the castle was a servant couple, Peter and Jessica, and Jessica was with child. They were both extremely happy but also sad at the same time. It was one of those bittersweet moments. At this time of famine, Peter and Jessica worried about how they were going to feed their child.
Well, the day comes, and Jessica gives birth to twins! The dismay was written on her face. She knew that she and her husband could not support two children at this time.
When word of the twins and the couple’s predicament reaches the Duchess’s ear, an idea occurred to her. She, of course, discussed her idea with the Duke first, and he agreed to it, but he wanted to keep the idea a secret from the townsmen.
So the Duchess went to the new parents to inform them of her plan to relieve them of such a heavy burden. The Duke and Duchess agreed to take one of the girls to raise as their own child because the duchess had already passed her childbearing years. After discussing the idea, Peter and Jessica agreed to give the Duke and the Duchess one of their daughters. Jessica, however, asked one, small favor in return, and that was to name her child, and they agreed to it. The child who was once born to poverty and now to prosperity was named Fern. The child who remained with her birth parents was named Jane.
Because the girls were twins, Peter, Jessica, and the Jane certainly could not stay near the village, so the Duke gave Peter and Jessica a nice size plot of land with a cottage in place that stood in the middle of the forest. The Duke wanted to make sure that no one ever found out about the other child. So the couple and Jane were thrown off into the woods, but Peter and Jessica thought at least one of their children would have a good life.
Fern did have a good life; well, she had a glamorous life. In Fern’s world, however, beauty meant everything. She was too short, so she had to wear shoes to make her tall enough for women’s standards in that day in age. The shoes that she had to wear, however, made her feet bleed. She was forced to wear a corset that nearly crushed her ribs, so she could hide her thickness around her waist. To all appearance though, Fern was a perfect picture of nobility. She strived to live up to her family’s perfection, and in the mist of all of her striving for perfection, she lost her soul, her personality. She was a beautiful, empty shell of a person.
As for Jessica, Peter, and Jane--who moved in to the forest-- things seemed to be looking up for them. Even though they were cut off from the rest of the world, life was good. They had a stream that was filled with fish for their table and water for their drinks, and there was plenty of wild game to catch in the forest.
Jane grew into a lovely girl. She was a tad plain when it came to her clothes, but her fiery red hair and pale skin out shown her simple cloth. She was the gemstone in her parents’ world.
Tragedy was bound to strike again though in this perfect world, and strike it did. One evening when Peter was on his way home, he was attacked by a bear. After the bear had left Peter for dead, Jessica and Jane managed to bring Peter back to the house, but he had already lost too much blood. Jessica knew that Peter would most likely not last throughout the night, so she told Jane to go ahead and go to bed; she would stay with Peter. Jane reluctantly went to bed, and during the night she heard a cry. Jane ran down to her parents’ room, and saw a snake sinking its fangs into her mother. Jane took a knife to the snake’s head. It was too late though the snake’s venom was already seeping through Jessica’s veins. In the late hours of the night, Jane lost both of her parents, leaving her alone.
She wept for days on end without ever eating or sleeping unless she just fell asleep from sheer exhaustion. After lamenting, she managed to bury her beloved parents. She would not have to be alone for long though. Since the duke had given Jessica and Peter his hunting cabin, suspicion of the forest began to arise. There was talk of an old, dark magic being stirred in the forest. People were beginning to hear trees whispering, and trees seemed to move on their own accord at any given time of the day. Inside the forest, the trees seemed to be sympathetic for Jane.
During this time of talk rising about black magic, young men began coming to court young Fern, and Fern saw her life caving in around her. She would be trapped in an endless life of parties with the diamonds around her neck that weighed her to the ground. She decided that she had to escape from this life because her father had already picked out her husband, Sir Charles Worth.
Sir Charles Worth had a sense for adventure, and in his town wanderings, he picked up on the talk of black magic. He saw his chance to seek glory and fame by destroying the heart of this evil that cursed the people caught in the shadows of the forest.
He went back to the castle to prepare for his departure into the forest. The Duke begged him not to go, but Sir Charles Worth would not listen to reason. While everyone was busy either begging Sir Charles Worth not to go or helping him prepare to go, Fern tired of suffering for her beauty ran off into the forest. It felt so good to her to be free of her parents. Soon, however, she came to wish that she could find her way back, but the trees had rearranged themselves. She was lost in a sea of trees. The woods had suddenly become very unfriendly, and now the woods had closed in around her. Fern just collapsed on the ground and began to cry.
Meanwhile Sir Charles Worth had found himself lost in the woods, and the trees had rearranged themselves for him so that he came to a once well-traveled road. As he traveled down the road, he heard what sounded like a lady in distress. He followed the voice ‘til he came to a small rundown cottage, and next the cottage by a stream was a young maiden crying.
He got off his horse and walked up to her and asked, “My lady, what is the matter?”
She turned to him, and he was shocked to see the face of the young Fern staring him into his eyes. “Lady Fern, what are you doing out in these woods?” Sir Charles Worth asked.
She had stopped crying by now, but she continued to stare at him. “I’m sorry, my good sir, but I am not who you speak of.”
“I am taking you back right now. These woods are not safe for a young lady, such as yourself, to be in.” He did not even notice that Jane was dressed differently than Fern!
He placed Jane onto his horse with Jane kicking and screaming for him to let her go. The forest parted for him as if there had always been a path through the forest. He didn’t take time to question the forest’s motives for this, but just as soon as they were out of the forest, the road vanished in a sea of green shrubbery.
During this time, the real Fern prayed to God that Sir Charles Worth would find her once he was inside the forest, but her prayers would never be answered. Sir Charles Worth had found Jane as was the forest’s plan, and everyone believed that Jane was the real Fern even though she claimed to be a girl named Jane. Doctors said that she had hit her head at some point while she was in the forest and had suffered some memory “misplacement”.
People, however, seemed to like this new Fern more so than the one before. Fern now had a personality along with beauty, and Sir Charles Worth was content staying with Fern instead going off on adventures. Lady Fern’s “memory” would never return, but everyone for the most part was happy. The Duke and the Duchess could not even tell that their Fern was still lost in the forest, so Jane became Fern. As for the real Fern, she was never found. Where she collapsed in the forest, is now where a rare form of a fern can be found. It is also said that if a person were come up to the fern in even the driest of seasons, the fern would look as if it were crying.
The Fine China of the Middle Class Family
The item I am attempting to describe is a very important part of American history. Commonly used as a container to hold beverages for many kinds of events such as: barbeques, shindigs, house-warming parties, beach bashes, tailgating and when mom and dad are too lazy to do dishes. This container can hold multitudes of different beverages ranging from good ole’ water to the south’s famous sweet tea. Not only can they hold beverages, but they also come in all different types of colors such as: blue, red, green and yellow to meet your latest fashions. But here’s the greatest thing about this ‘fine china’, they are durable to withstand constant wear and tear. So here is the question that you have all wanted to ask. “Where can I get these and how much do they cost?” Well folks, it really is easy as 123. Get in your car, drive to the nearest supermarket, and go to the napkin/plate aisle, grab the container that comes in many different colors (usually they come in a pack of 12 or 24), pay the cashier $2-3 and get out there!
The Ultimate Hot Liquid Holder
The next item I am attempting to describe is a very important part of my life. This canister holds the elixir of life that starts my day. Not only does it hold the elixir of life but it can hold any hot beverage such as: tea, hot chocolate and cider. The canister that holds hot beverages can come in all different shapes and sizes; Tall or short, wide or narrow, curvy or straight, black or white (as well as most colors in the color spectrum). A great feature about this canister is that it keeps the liquid hot but does not allow your hands to burn when you wrap your fingers around it. This contraption is portable and easy to use on the go. One of the great features is that it has a lid that can be opened and sealed shut when needed. You can buy this canister for cheap, expensive or whatever meets your needs. Your going to need one of these for the cold November football games…every one does.

Fansy or Common?

Fancy smiled aloofly at Common as he sat stacked together with more of his kind. Her dark red color sparkled from the afternoon sun that shown through the kitchen window. Fancy said to herself, 'I am so lucky that I get to be of use to important people.' Common just looked away from her, for he was not able to dwell on his unworthiness anymore. He thought, 'I wish I could be like Fancy and all of her kind, then I would not be the one to be used once, then thrown away.'
Fancy got to come out for every special occasion: Birthdays, Anniversaries and very important guests. Common, on the other hand, was only seen when there would be a party for children, or someone needed something quick on the go. While he sat in the Cabinet under the sink, he had plenty of time to think of his worth. He would often think about how he wished to be out when he heard laughter. He would think about how everyone under estimated his worth and ability. Just be cause Common was not as beautiful and classy as Fancy, he still could get the job done. He wanted to be filled with more important thing that juice or soda. His candy apple red plastic cover was much less appealing than Fanny's beautiful strategically carved 'fancy' glass.
One day the owners of the two had a huge party for adults and children. There were so many people that every item in the cabinets were put to use. Common was so excited that his day had finally come. After an amazing night of fun, the owners were in the kitchen cleaning up. Fancy was sitting by the side of the sink looking just like new. She still smiled as if to say that she was used by more important people than Common. He sat a few items down from her. Suddenly the children come running through the room with a flag from the party. Sweeping it through the air, they accidentally knocked both Fancy and Common off the counter. Fancy shattered into a million pieces while Common just rolled to a stop. As the owners picked up all the pieces, Fancy cried at her ugly exterior. Being the favorite of the two, the owner quickly tried to put the pieces back together again. Common was just put back on the counter like nothing had ever happened.
Not soon after the horrible event, Fancy and Common once again sat out next to the sink on a warm afternoon. Now Fancy had cracks all in her and was only good for decoration. Common was still the children's favorite. Fancy turned to Common and said, "You know I have learned a good lesson. Some one's self worth does not nor cannot come from outward appearance. It must come from the good of their heart. All I thought about was my beautiful deep red glass making, while you, inside of your plastic red making, did not think a thing about it, but rather how you could serve others."

As Dr. Abernathy entered the classroom, she instructed the students to settle down and prepare for the day's lesson. She begins to introduce the lecture but is suddenly interrupted by a screech at the door. The students instantly directed their attention toward the entrance. There stands a young man, tall and slim, with a look of confusion upon his face. "May I help you?", asks the professor. He walks in and introduces himself as Koui, an exchange student from Hawaii. Major, who sits at the very back of the classroom, shouts "that explains the flower print shirt you're wearing". All the students laughed, but Dr. Abernathy immediately silences them. She informs the new student that the class is about to begin a group activity and the should break off in pairs. "It looks as though everyone has a partner except Mark, so you two can work together", says Dr. Abernathy. Mark always sits alone; opposite all the other students in the class and he rarely ever speaks beyond answering the role. He always wears a hooded jacket to class because the other students make fun of his chubby red cheeks and his pale white skin. Koui makes his way toward where Mark is sitting. Mark doesn't look particularly happy. But as the class period goes on, he and Koui begin to open up to each other as they work on the assignment. The two of them discover that they have several things in common.

Gertrude was enjoying a warm summer day with all of his identical brothers and sister. They were all having fun playin cards and craking jokes with one another. It wasn't long before Gertrude reolized he had forgotten to apply lotion to his terrible sunburn. For all Solo's skin was very white and the rays from the sun where not kind to them. He skipped along merrily oblivious to the fact that he was being watched, and hunted by a huge hand from the sky! Gertrude sensed somthing wasn't right, as a large shadow gazed over him. He turned around franticly to see what was wrong, but it was too late. The hand swooped him up faster than the blink of an eye. The pain from the hand touching his sunburn was more than he could bear and soon passed out.
Grahfeeky was an young african princess who was known for her beauty. She noticed it was a beautiful day and decided to ask her father if she could take a leasurely stroll around the countryside. He agreed to let her go but warned her to stay away from the rocky mountains in the north. For she had a rare disease that made her bones very week. She oblidged and began her walk not aware of what she would run into along the way.
Grahfreeky was not walking for long beofre she noticed a figure off in the distance. She was feeling a little adventurous so decided to go check it out. As she got closer she discovered it was a young boy about her age uncouncious in the sand. She leaned over and spit water in his face to wake up the young fellow. As he awoke he was very confused, and didn't remember much. As he laid in the sand his memory slowly started to return to him and he reolized that he had been taken from his family and thrown very far away. Gertrude explained his situation to the princess, and they began thinking of where his home was in relation to where they were. Grahfreeky noticed the young boys sunburn and knew that he must be from over the the moutains to the north, for that was the only place that the sun could have such an effect on ones skin. The boy thanked her a began to get up to start he journey, but when he did he noticed he had broken his leg. He would need aid from someone if he was going to make the trip back home. The princess was taller than him and felt sorry so she agreed to carry him home, regardless that her father had told her to stay clear of the mountains.
So their journey began, days turned into nights and nights turned into days until they finnally reached the mountainside. Grahfreeky was very cautious the whole way up and the whole way down. It wasn't long before they reached Gertrudes small town. Everybody was very excited to see him. He told them the whole story of how Grahfreeky had carried him all the way back and if it wasn't for he he would have perished in the sun. They all thanked the princess and wished her a safe trip back and insisted she let them know that she had gotten back safely. She agreed and began the long trip home. Many months passed with no letter from Grahfreeky, until one day Gertrude recieved word that she had tripped on her journey back and shattered into many peices. The whole town was crushed. But they soon got over it.

Welcome!

Hello Composition Classes!
Here is the first blogging assignment: You know to look at the photo posted here and choose two of the objects and describe them so that I can recognize them and know which ones they are. Do not tell me the location (like "the one in back" or "the one on the left") but be creative.
Also, in case you are not able to post with an ID, be sure to put your name and indicate which section (10 a.m. or 1 p.m.) in your post. Either begin the post with your name and section, or end it with your name and section.
And keep in mind that this is a creative assignment and that a large portion of the grade is given for EFFORT!
Good luck, and have fun with this!
